We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our partnership. This role includes building a brand within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer reservations and ensuring an exceptional experience for their clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions through data entry.
- Manage inventory of available services and update systems as necessary.
- Provide support for administrative tasks related to booking management.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote additional services and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Experience in sales is highly preferred.
- Prior management skills is highly preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Word and data entry.
