As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their building materials safely, efficiently, and on time. Representing Parkers Building Supplies on the road, you'll provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. This is a varied role that combines driving, customer interaction, and branch support. When not making deliveries, you'll assist with yard operations and help the team deliver a first-class service to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver building materials to customers safely and on time
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain records
  • Load and unload vehicles safely
  • Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately
  • Follow road traffic laws and company procedures
  • Support yard duties and customer service when required

What We're Looking For

  • Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • HIAB Licence preferred (training available)
  • Previous HGV or delivery driving experience
  • Excellent driving and time management skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Working Hours

Week 1: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
Week 2: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm + Saturday, 8:00am–12:00pm
