Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver looking for a stable role with a respected roofing merchant? Chandlers Roofing Supplies, part of the Independent Builders Merchants Group (IBMG), has been supplying quality roofing materials across the Southeast since 2010. As roofing specialists, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to roofing contractors, builders, and homeowners.

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious driver to join our busy Tonbridge branch, playing a key role in delivering roofing products to customers throughout the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering roofing materials safely and efficiently to customer sites
  • Operating a HIAB-equipped Class 2 vehicle
  • Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
  • Maintaining accurate delivery and vehicle records
  • Supporting the loading and unloading of roofing products
  • Providing excellent customer service on every delivery
  • Following all road transport, health & safety and compliance regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • HIAB Certificate/Licence
  • Previous experience in a delivery driving role
  • Strong knowledge of safe vehicle operation
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Clean driving record preferred

Working Hours

Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30
Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30, Alternate Saturday 07:00 – 11:00
