About RGB
You’ll ensure customers have dependable access to materials through a range of service solutions including managed stores, counter service, click & collect, van stock replenishment, delivery services and SmartStore, while driving stock accuracy, availability, safety and operational performance.
- Ensure high stock accuracy and core product availability
- Champion and promote SCS solutions, including SmartStore where applicable
- Deliver exceptional service to operatives, supervisors and planners
- Monitor service levels, stock performance and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and support customer needs
- Promote relevant SCS and wider IBMG products and services
- Maintain high health, safety and compliance standards
