We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative / Relief Van Driver to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role, combining warehouse duties with customer deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Duties:
- Receive and book in supplier deliveries
- Pick, prepare, and load customer orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Assist customers and team members as needed
- Operate forklift (training provided if required)
- Driving Duties:
- Deliver goods to customers using a 3.5t company van
- Plan efficient delivery routes
- Load and secure products safely
- Provide excellent customer service on delivery
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Support yard/warehouse tasks when not driving
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable with a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit (lifting required)
- Product knowledge (advantage)
Week 1: Mon–Fri 07:00–17:15
Week 2: Mon–Fri 07:00–17:15 + alt. Sat 08:00–12:00
