The Role
We're looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our busy branch team. You'll serve trade and retail customers, provide product advice, process sales, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Need
- Previous retail, trade counter, or builders' merchant experience preferred
- Knowledge of building materials is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Key Duties
- Serve customers in branch and over the phone
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and payments
- Provide advice on products and stock availability
- Build strong customer relationships
- Maintain sales displays and merchandising areas
- Support stock management and order fulfilment
- Work closely with warehouse and yard teams
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
