The Role
Supply Chain Services partners with Housing Associations and Contractors to deliver tailored operational solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings. We add value through best-in-class service, industry expertise, and a comprehensive product offering. Operating across Woking, Staines, and Farnham, this role will require regular travel between locations to support our customers and operations. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, responsive, and customer-focused supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong operational relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as the primary conduit between customers and our branch network, ensuring consistent service levels and prompt issue resolution.
- Process all special orders via third-party suppliers or branches, providing customers with regular updates and accurate delivery timelines.
- Agree and manage customer-specific stock profiles across all brands to meet operational needs.
- Maximise customer spend with IBMG by securing a greater share of materials and promoting our full product range.
- Utilise and champion IBMG brands to deliver a comprehensive one-stop-shop solution for customers.
- Ensure adherence to all contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with key suppliers to recommend sector-relevant products and solutions.
- Maintain and deliver consistent customer pricing across all brands and branches.
- Assist in implementing key customer initiatives such as van stock programs, mobile stores, and other efficiency solutions.
- Successfully manage the onboarding and mobilization of new workstreams for customers.
