Trading Depot, part of the IBMG Group, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Maidenhead team.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional support via phone, email, and webchat. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll handle enquiries, resolve issues, liaise with suppliers and couriers, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
What You'll Do
✅ Handle customer enquiries and provide product support
✅ Manage returns, aftersales issues, and courier claims
✅ Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and couriers
✅ Build strong customer and supplier relationships
✅ Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
✅ Achieve service KPIs and support the wider team
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous customer service and office experience
✔ Excellent communication and telephone skills
✔ Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
✔ Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
