We’re expanding our delivery team at our Launceston Branch and are looking for a dependable HGV Class 2 Hiab Driver to help us continue delivering excellent service to our trade and retail customers.
The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled, reliable HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our team at our Launceston Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations with no overnight stays, giving you a better work-life balance.
Specific Experience & Skills Required
- To transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary
Requirements:
- HIAB Class 2 licence
- Valid CPC
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
The Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 & alternate Saturdays, 08:00 to 12:00
