CRS Building Supplies, part of the IBMG Group, is looking for a Yard Operative / Van Driver to join our busy Keynsham branch.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining yard duties, customer service, and local deliveries. You'll help keep the branch running smoothly while ensuring customers receive a first-class service.
What You'll Do
✅ Load and unload building materials safely
✅ Serve and assist customers in the yard
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard
✅ Carry out stock checks and report any issues
✅ Deliver materials to customers using a company van
✅ Ensure deliveries are accurate, on time, and professional
✅ Follow all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Builders' merchant, trade, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
✔ Good customer service and communication skills
✔ Building materials knowledge desirable
✔ Forklift licence advantageous (training may be available)
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
Hours
Week 1 Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
