The Role
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our sales team, delivering excellent customer service and helping drive branch performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales to grow within a supportive business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in person and over the phone
- Respond to sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop strong product knowledge to advise customers accurately
- Maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
- Build positive, long‑term customer relationships
- Use computer‑based sales systems (training provided)
- Support wider branch activities, including stock control and yard support
