About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Assistant to join our busy Hemel Hempstead branch.
As an Internal Sales Assistant, you'll support trade customers, process orders, prepare quotations and help drive branch sales while delivering outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the electrical wholesale industry.
Key Duties
✅ Serve customers as an Internal Sales Assistant on the trade counter, by phone and via email
✅ Process customer orders, quotations and sales enquiries
✅ Build relationships with electricians, contractors and trade customers
✅ Provide advice and guidance on electrical products
✅ Support stock control and day-to-day branch operations
✅ Help achieve branch sales targets and identify sales opportunities
What We're Looking For
✔ Customer service, trade counter or sales experience
✔ Electrical wholesale, merchant or distribution experience desirable
✔ Strong communication and IT skills
✔ Positive, team-focused attitude
✔ Interest in electrical products and sales
✔ Motivated to develop a successful career as an Internal Sales Assistant
Working Hours
Week 1
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Week 2
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
