About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Assistant to join our busy Harrow branch. You'll support trade customers, process orders, provide quotations and help drive branch sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Duties
✅ Serve customers on the trade counter, phone and email
✅ Process orders and sales enquiries
✅ Build relationships with electricians and contractors
✅ Provide advice on electrical products
✅ Support stock control and branch operations
✅ Help achieve branch sales targets
What We're Looking For
✔ Customer service or sales experience
✔ Electrical wholesale, trade counter or merchant experience desirable
✔ Strong communication and IT skills
✔ Positive, team-focused attitude
✔ Interest in electrical products and sales
Working Hours
Week 1
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Week 2
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
