RGB Building Supplies (Part of IBMG) is one of the Southwest’s leading builders’ merchants. We’re looking for an experienced Yard Supervisor to lead our busy yard operations in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day yard operations
  • Oversee loading/unloading of deliveries
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised yard
  • Manage stock levels and material handling
  • Coordinate shipping & receiving
  • Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues
  • Train and support team members
  • Assist with manual handling when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a builders merchant or warehouse yard
  • Strong team leadership & communication skills
  • Forklift experience (licence desirable)
  • Good knowledge of health & safety procedures
  • Physically fit (heavy lifting involved)
  • Organised and able to work under pressure
  • Experience with stock systems/WMS (advantage)

Hours:

Week 1: Mon–Fri 07:00–16:00
Week 2: Mon–Fri 07:00–16:00 + Sat 08:00–12:00
