Key Responsibilities
- Own branch performance & profitability
- Manage stock, suppliers & operations
- Build strong customer relationships
- Drive sales, margin & KPIs
- Ensure health & safety compliance
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day branch operations
- Motivate, coach & develop your team
- Deliver excellent service to trade & retail customers
- Grow sales and branch performance

- Builders’ merchant leadership experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Hands-on, motivated leadership style
- Focus on customer service & results
⏰ Working Hours
- Mon–Fri: 7:30am – 5:00pm
- Alt Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
