We're looking for a hardworking and reliable HGV Driver to join our busy branch in Eastbourne.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role involving outdoor work, building materials handling, and delivering excellent service to trade and retail customers.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable HGV Driver to join our delivery team. You will deliver building materials to trade and retail customers and represent the business professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver materials safely and on time
- Load and unload vehicles
- Complete vehicle checks and paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety and compliance rules
What We’re Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- CPC and digital tachograph card
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer‑focused attitude
- Merchant experience (desirable, not essential)
Working hours
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 16:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
