Chandlers Roofing Supplies is a specialist roofing merchant and part of the IBMG Group. We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Counter Sales Assistant to join our busy Coventry branch.
What You'll Do
✅ Serve trade and retail customers on the counter and by phone
✅ Offer advice on roofing products and materials
✅ Process sales orders and enquiries
✅ Build strong customer relationships
✅ Support stock control and branch sales targets
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service every day
What We're Looking For
✔ Roofing merchant, builders merchant, or trade counter experience preferred
✔ Good roofing or building product knowledge
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Confident using computer systems
✔ Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
Hours
Week 1 Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am
