We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at Chalfont Branch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve trade and retail customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Handle enquiries and provide product advice
  • Process sales using our internal systems (full training provided)
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Help maintain stock levels and keep the sales area organised
  • Assist with stock control and general branch activities when required

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
  • Friendly and confident communication skills
