The Role
We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Person to join our team in Grant & Stone Chalfont Branch
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships through regular face-to-face visits
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing new accounts
- Providing expert advice on products and solutions
- Maximising sales, margin, and overall performance
- Working with suppliers to increase opportunities and profitability
What We’re Looking For
✅ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✅ Proven sales experience (merchant experience preferred)
✅ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
✅ Confident using computer-based systems
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
Working Hours
- Week 1: Mon–Fri, 07:30–17:15
- Week 2: Mon–Fri, 07:30–17:15 + Saturday 08:00–12:00
