We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable Assistant Showroom Manager to support our Lansbury showroom.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with showroom, interiors, or trade counter experience who is ready to step into a management role. You’ll combine:

  • Hands-on sales
  • Customer service
  • Leadership and operational support

Key Responsibilities

  • Showroom & Sales
    • Deliver excellent customer service to trade & retail customers
    • Help customers with bathroom design, product selection & quotations
    • Drive sales and support branch targets
    • Build strong relationships with customers, installers & suppliers
    • Manage enquiries, orders, and aftersales support
  • Management Support
    • Support the Branch Manager with daily operations
    • Supervise and motivate staff in the manager’s absence
    • Assist with training and development
    • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation & merchandising
  • Operations & Admin
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently
    • Manage stock, deliveries & supplier coordination
    • Handle basic cashing-up, invoicing & admin tasks
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures & health & safety

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a bathroom showroom, interiors, or similar environment
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Leadership potential with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Good IT skills (quoting systems & Microsoft Office)

Working Hours

  • Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: Day off
  • Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
