We are currently assisting one of our clients, a Europe-based proprietary trading firm, in hiring an experienced Operations Manager to support their expanding operations and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll act as the key bridge between trading, risk, and technical teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and backed by precise data insights. You’ll oversee project progress, streamline collaboration between departments, and play a hands-on role in developing real-time dashboards that provide actionable visibility into trading performance and risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects across trading, risk, and technology teams, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with data and tech teams to design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards for trading performance and exposure monitoring.
  • Work closely with the Risk Department to enhance reporting frameworks and data accuracy.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency across departments.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven project updates and reports for senior management.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project impact, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting, or financial services.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of risk management concepts (drawdown, equity curve, daily loss limits, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
