Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an Experience Consultant in Research to lead research efforts that uncover user insights and inform the design of engaging digital experiences. Your role will involve overseeing research projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that drive product development and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of research studies, including ethnographic, generative, and quantitative methods.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and co-creation sessions to generate user-centric solutions.
  • Analyze research data, creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate user insights into the design process.
  • Mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.

Preferred Education

Bachelor\’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Extensive experience with various research methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects and stakeholder expectations.
  • Passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours.
