Your Role And Responsibilities
We are excited to announce that we are hiring an Experience Consultant in Research to join our dynamic team! You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research methodologies that uncover user needs and preferences. Your role will involve supporting various research techniques to inform the development of engaging digital experiences across platforms such as web and mobile.
Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing research studies using ethnographic, generative, and quantitative methods.
  • Conduct focus groups, surveys, and interviews to gather user insights.
  • Support in the design and facilitation of workshops and co-creation sessions.
  • Analyze research data, identifying patterns and trends to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research-based artifacts.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience as a User Researcher including documenting needs and running workshops / working sessions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and tools (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Passion for understanding user needs and behaviours.

  • Experience with user research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop).
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
  • Background in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with social media listening tools and data visualization software.
