Your role and responsibilities
- Contribute directly to IBM Flash System products that are used by customers worldwide.
- Join a squad of 6‑8 engineers developing enterprise storage software used by organisations around the world.
- Investigate problems, debug issues and contribute to technical solutions.
- Learn how to design, develop, test and support high‑quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced software engineers, architects and product teams.
- Learn and apply modern software engineering practices, tools and technologies.
- Develop your technical expertise through mentoring, training and hands‑on experience.

- Required education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Required technical and professional expertise
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Interest in software engineering demonstrated through university, personal or professional projects.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
- Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience with C, Python or other programming languages.
- Exposure to Linux environments.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile.
