Your Role and Responsibilities

We are excited to welcome a dedicated Service Designer, whether Junior or Mid-Level, to join our innovative team. This individual will spearhead the creation of holistic, user-centered enterprise experiences, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across diverse user types, technologies, and channels.

  • End-to-End Service Design: Lead the design of comprehensive, user-centered enterprise experiences, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent delivery across various user types, technologies, and channels.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Conduct interactive workshops with clients to foster a shared understanding of the end-to-end service landscape by orchestrating the sequence of events that span technology, human interaction, and digital platforms.
  • User Research Collaboration: Work closely with research team members to translate research findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, guiding strategic initiatives and the wider roadmap.
  • Performance Metrics Definition: Define key UX and organizational KPIs to track and validate the initiative\’s contribution to both user satisfaction and business success.
  • Design Artifact Creation: Produce detailed design artifacts such as concept journeys, service blueprints, and roadmaps that elevate the total user experience beyond immediate products or services.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Mapping: Map out the end-to-end, front-to-back experience by illustrating the orchestration of events at the intersection of technology, business, and design.
  • Team Contribution: Join our dynamic team and take on the challenge of shaping end-to-end enterprise experiences for users, prospects, customers, and employees.
  • Insights Generation & Strategic Initiative: Generate insights through research, analyze findings to inform strategic initiatives, define key UX and organizational measurements, and design intuitive solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Service Design: 1-2 years of proven experience in service design and related methodologies.
  • Client Delivery: Demonstrated experience of working with or delivering for external clients.
  • Research & Analysis: Strong skills in conducting research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team Adaptability: Capability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Passion for Service Design: An unwavering enthusiasm for service design and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Candidates who possess these preferred skills will stand out in their applications.
