Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Provide leadership in driving software product design and optimization to meet customer needs with agile market responsiveness.
• As SME with deep technical skills, lead strategic presales customer engagements to generate new software revenue by designing and delivering custom demos, PoCs, and technical validation workshops.
• Represent and proactively provide technical input for APAC clients\’ cloud transformation initiatives and adoption of IBM Automation portfolio.
• Serve as the go-to SME Technical Advisor for complex post-sales projects, resolving critical architecture bottlenecks via CSP platform.
• Develop and share best practices and publications related to IBM Automation software solutions.
• Create technical hands-on labs for Instana and AIOps and deliver training for business partners and broader IBM field teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer requirements and serviceability considerations into AIOps/Observability solution design and delivery.
