Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team\’s progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
- Coach the development team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related best practices.
- Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Bachelor\’s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in Scrum or equivalent.
