Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you\’ll leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with clients\’ business objectives
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce
- Stay current with emerging Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of Salesforce solution strategies and roadmaps
- Requirement Analysis: Engage with business product owners (POs) to understand client requirements/user stories, (experience in call centre and/or energy industry and advantage but not necessary), work with the POs to capture and articulate the value, prioritise, size and assess the use stories on the backlog – relationship building is key
- Solutioning: Propose solutions aligned to salesforce product capabilities (primarily service cloud/service cloud voice), assessing alternatives and presenting recommendations/pros & cons – strong product knowledge needed
- Delivery Support: Facilitate the communication of those solutions to the offshore dev team, Operating in a fast paced, small batch agile delivery method
