Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Red Hat Developer, you’ll leverage extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Red Hat OpenShift‑based solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Red Hat OpenShift‑based solutions.
• Stay current with emerging Red Hat OpenShift trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of Red Hat OpenShift strategies and roadmaps.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Extensive experience in Red Hat OpenShift for support and maintenance of all environments.
• Masterful proficiency in software architecture and API/Microservices‑based architecture implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality Red Hat OpenShift solutions in a professional setting.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Eligibility

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Knowledge of container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
