Responsibilities- Manage Client Relationships: Build partnerships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations regarding IBM team operations.

- Global Program Management: Experience in managing large, complex, and global programs, with ability to negotiate at the highest levels and communicate effectively with executives.
- Proficiency in Emerging Technologies: Experience with various emerging technologies related to client needs, including technical solutions and innovative thinking. Ability to leverage these technologies to deliver successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements.
- Knowledge of Business Outsourcing: Familiarity with managing complex business outsourcing contracts, including analyzing business and IT challenges, and advising on large or complex engagements.
