In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients worldwide. Our delivery centers provide locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for Consultants to implement Oracle's best of breed Cloud technologies.
  • This is a terrific opportunity for recent university graduates to join an established company and learn from experienced consultants to become successful.
  • You will learn best business practices cutting across domains and industries while working directly with our clients.
  • As an Associate Project Delivery Consultant, you will work as part of client‑facing teams to support the successful delivery of projects across a range of industries.
  • You will help solve real business problems, working directly with clients to plan, manage, and deliver change initiatives.
  • This role combines project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and consulting problem‑solving, offering early exposure to client environments and varied project work.
  • As well as working across diverse industries, you will get to meet new people, build your network and will have the opportunity to travel to new places.

Eligibility

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree. Preferred: Master's Degree. We are looking for graduates with Bachelor's degrees in diverse subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Psychology.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong interpersonal skills are required as this is a client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical and structured in thinking.
  • Show drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, varied environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to document and absorb information quickly.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience in internships, placements, or group projects.
  • Exposure to consulting-style work (case studies, analysis, presentations).
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Awareness of delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, Scrum).
  • Experience presenting or leading group discussions.
  • Awareness of AI technologies.
