As a Brand Technical Specialist, you will utilize extensive technical knowledge to sell Business Unit specialty or brand products to clients, removing technical inhibitors to sales opportunities. You will design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities and provide input to product teams for solutions refinement.

Responsibilities

  • Design viable client solutions and use cases to drive sales.
  • Deliver technical proof points through demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, proposals, and MVPs.
  • Maintain strong platform and product knowledge, articulate value proposition/ROI, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Drive sales opportunities using experiential selling approaches ('show me, don't tell me').
  • Provide input to product teams for solutions refinement and to keep products competitive.

Qualifications

  • Deep technical expertise in designing viable client solutions with current product capabilities.
  • Proven experience building and delivering technical proof points and accelerators.
  • Strong understanding of value proposition/ROI and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with experiential selling and custom approaches.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Advanced technical accelerator experience (demonstrations, POTs, POCs, workshops, proposals, MVPs).
  • Specialized product knowledge of Business Unit specialty or brand products.
  • Expertise in customized experiential selling approaches.
