Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager in Digital Product Engineering, you’ll leverage your extensive product management and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of complex product strategies and roadmaps
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging product management trends, tools and best practices
- Contribute to the development of product strategies and roadmaps
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience in product management, including defining and articulating product vision, strategy, goals and roadmap
- Masterful proficiency in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, project teams, functional managers and specialists from various areas
- Proven track record of building consensus, managing expectations and facilitating effective decision‑making and prioritisation
- Expertise in defining Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and managing product backlogs
- Experience in leading and working within multidisciplinary teams, considering both business and technical considerations/constraints
- Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Strong foundation in Agile and DevOps practices
- Understanding of micro‑services architecture and design patterns
- Proficiency in data modelling and data management
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
- Understanding of micro‑services architecture and design patterns
- Proficiency in data modelling and data management
