Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Oracle Payroll Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud-based payroll solutions for our diverse client base. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud-based payroll solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique payroll requirements and tailor Oracle Cloud solutions accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Perform data migration, testing, and validation of payroll processes.
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud payroll solutions with other HR modules.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and emerging trends in payroll management.
Education and Qualifications

Bachelor\’s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Strong commercial experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud payroll functionalities and configurations including Fast Formula
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Essentials, Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Implementation Specialist, etc.).
- Experience with other HR modules (e.g., Talent Management, Workforce Management, Core HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Absence Management).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Contribution to open-source projects or community involvement.
