Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Oracle Payroll Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud-based payroll solutions for our diverse client base. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud-based payroll solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique payroll requirements and tailor Oracle Cloud solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
  • Perform data migration, testing, and validation of payroll processes.
  • Provide expert-level support and training to end-users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud payroll solutions with other HR modules.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and emerging trends in payroll management.

Preferred Education

Bachelor\’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Strong commercial experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud payroll functionalities and configurations including Fast Formula
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Essentials, Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Implementation Specialist, etc.).
  • Experience with other HR modules (e.g., Talent Management, Workforce Management, Core HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Absence Management).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or community involvement.
