Your Role And Responsibilities

The Oracle Finance Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality, role based training for end users across Finance functions. This role supports the adoption of Oracle applications by creating a full suite of training collateral and delivering blended learning solutions tailored to various financial user groups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training materials including user guides, process documents, quick reference guides, e-learning content, video tutorials, and other instructional documentation.
  • Deliver blended training through classroom sessions, virtual instructor led training, workshops, learning labs, and hands on demonstrations.
  • Tailor training content and delivery to specific job roles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger users, fixed assets teams, cash management specialists, tax users, project accountants, and finance managers.
  • Collaborate with project teams, functional leads, and finance process owners to understand business processes and system functionality across Oracle Finance modules.
  • Update and maintain training materials to align with system enhancements, new features, and process changes, including Oracle Cloud quarterly updates if applicable.
  • Deliver against the training needs analysis to develop and deliver training content aligned with the agreed training strategy.
  • Provide post training and post go live support to reinforce learning and ensure successful system adoption.
  • Track training participation, assess effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience delivering training for Oracle Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to create clear, user focused training materials.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy to understand way.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
