Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with expertise in Mulesoft or similar package solutions to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and cases for applications and systems implemented using Mulesoft The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in core testing, technical testing, and business domain knowledge specific to these package solutions, enabling them to create optimized test scenarios and drive continuous improvement.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their functional testing expertise and passion for quality to help shape the future of our software products implemented using package solutions, leveraging deep business domain and technical knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and design optimised test scenarios for ERP package solutions like Salesforce, Oracle eBiz, Oracle Flexcube, Finnacle, Guidewire, and Smarter Commerce Suites.
- Plan testing activities, estimate work efforts, and identify test environment and test data requirements.
- Create and execute test cases using automation and manual methods, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Report test status, address defects through creation, triage, and resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective remediation.
- Analyze test outcomes using analytical and cognitive techniques to drive continuous improvements in our testing processes and methodologies for package solutions.
- Design and implement quality assurance processes for software package deployments.
- Evaluate and validate compatibility, scalability, and functionality of software packages across diverse environments.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing with experience in Salesforce/MuleSoft testing is a plus
- Experience with test case management and defect-tracking tools
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Selenium or other automation testing tools
- Proven experience in quality assurance for ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle eBiz, or similar platforms.

- Strong knowledge of ERP modules and enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting for ERP environments.
- Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Java or ABAP.
