Your Role And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors or similar business system implementations, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks.
- Manage and coordinate cross‑functional project teams (10–50 members), including functional, technical, and strategy consultants.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and high client satisfaction.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to support practice growth, talent development, go‑to‑market initiatives, and continuous improvement of delivery methods.

- Bachelor's Degree.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Minimum 6+ years of overall professional experience.
- Proven experience managing business system implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with a value of at least $1.5M.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days per week based on client needs.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations or experience with other cloud‑based HR systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Workforce Software).
- Previous experience working on HR or talent transformation‑related projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a consulting environment with large enterprise clients.
- Bilingualism (English and French or Spanish) or additional languages considered an asset.
