Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Technical Support Delivery: Deliver hands‑on technical support for infrastructure deployment and optimization, ensuring effective solutions are provided.

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre‑sales within enterprise infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on storage and data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting sales cycles by shaping technical solutions, building adoption strategies, and helping close complex B2B opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, with deep knowledge of storage technologies (block, file, object, backup, and cyber resiliency), and working knowledge of compute, cloud, and hybrid architectures.
  • Ability to position IBM Storage solutions (e.g., FlashSystem, Spectrum Storage, cyber resilience capabilities) in the context of business outcomes such as performance, resilience, data protection, and cost optimization.
  • Experience engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, translating architectural designs into business value.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in matrixed environments across sales, technical specialists, marketing, and partners to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong technical qualification, opportunity progression, and execution discipline in support of sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and workshops.
