As an Application Developer specializing in Oracle eBS, you'll bring your technical expertise and problem‑solving skills to our team, contributing to the design, development, and support of application solutions that meet Client requirements. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning and growing as you help create reports, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements using Oracle tools like Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper, and Reports.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support application solutions in Oracle eBS that meet Client requirements.
  • Utilize Oracle tools such as Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper, and Reports to create reports, interfaces, data conversions, and enhancements.
  • Design, develop, and/or re‑engineer complex application components and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms.
  • Focus on delivering high‑quality, efficient, and maintainable solutions that align with industry best practices and Oracle eBS standards.
  • Collaborate with functional stream consultants and business users to resolve issues and facilitate communication.
  • Write data migration outcome reports and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to create high‑quality deliverables and follow up with stakeholders involved in data migration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ Years of functional experience delivering Data Migration in an Oracle Cloud environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Data Model.
  • Minimum of 3 full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
  • Ability to multi‑task and to work independently.
  • Strong client‑facing, communication, and client‑management skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
  • Strong experience in Oracle‑Specific Data Migration Tools (FBDI, ADFDI, Oracle Cloud REST & SOAP APIs for loading and validating data).
  • Experience in extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy system (mainly Oracle EBS) to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM.
  • Data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot data migration issues and implement corrective actions.
  • PLSQL coding for data processing and reconciliation reporting.
  • Use of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Perform reconciliation tasks to verify data integrity post‑migration.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures and business rules.
  • Document data migration processes, mappings, and validation steps for audit and reference purposes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle tools such as Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper, and Reports.
  • Experience in SaaS HCM applications.
  • Module experience in Core, Absence, Performance, Case Work, Learning and Development, Oracle Recruitment, Project Resource Deployment, Strategy, Workforce Planning, ODA, and Journeys (Payroll).
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of the process of loading data, working with data, and data reconciliation activities.
  • Knowledge of HCM security requirements and application.
  • Issue resolution and follow‑up, liaising between technical developers, functional stream consultants, and business users.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and learn from senior team members.
