The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early career professionals who want to build a long–term career in technology sales. This program combines structured learning, hands‑on selling experience, and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. You will be joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Dublin, Ireland. After the 12‑month program, your next career step will await, either in Ireland or the UK.
Through mentorship, structured training, and practical selling experience, the program prepares you to engage clients, support the sales cycle, and help organizations adopt IBM technologies across Data and AI, Cloud, Automation, and Sustainability.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Demos: Provide virtual technical demos and product overviews to Select Territory accounts, showcasing product capabilities and addressing customer needs.
- Advance Opportunities: Leverage digital channels to advance sales opportunities, utilising an AI‑enabled technology stack to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to align sales strategies and tactics, ensuring seamless execution and maximising impact.
- Function in High‑Volume Environment: Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment, prioritising multiple accounts and opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Leverage Technology Stack: Utilise an AI‑enabled technology stack to streamline sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive business outcomes.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
