Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of complex programmes and solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration of solutions
- Stay current with emerging programme management trends, tools and best practices
- Contribute to the development of programme management strategies and roadmaps
Preferred Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience in programme management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and best practices
- Masterful proficiency in using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, JIRA)
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality programme management solutions in a professional setting
- Exceptional communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, project teams and clients
- Ability to build consensus, manage expectations and facilitate decision‑making processes
- Strong risk identification, analysis and mitigation skills
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools
- Proficiency in resource allocation, capacity planning and leveling
- Experience in managing resource conflicts and trade‑offs across multiple projects
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
- Proficiency in data modelling and data management
