In this role, you will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing applications using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Support the configuration and use of Dataverse, including data modelling and integration with external systems.
- Contribute to workflow automation and process optimisation using Power Platform tools.
- Participate in application testing, debugging and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Produce clear documentation and contribute to Agile ceremonies within a multi-disciplinary delivery team.
Required education: None
Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise:
- Basic understanding of Power Platform tools and their capabilities.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries (e.g. .NET, Spring Boot, React, Angular).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable and testable code.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with version control (e.g. Git).
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of API development and integration.
Preferred technical and professional experience:
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.
- Interest in Power Virtual Agents or Copilot AI tools.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular.
