Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change and skills transformation programs, driving cultural adoption and workforce readiness.
  • Architect skills frameworks and change roadmaps leveraging AI-driven insights and platforms.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on organizational change strategies and future skills planning.
  • Manage delivery teams and ensure successful execution of change enablement and reskilling programs.

  • Master's Degree

  • Extensive experience in strategy and transformation consulting.
  • Proven ability to architect change strategies and skills development roadmaps for global organizations.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and employee experience.
  • Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in an Industry or Corporate position.
