We’re seeking interns to join IBM’s Technology Expert Labs team and experience what it’s like to deliver industry leading technical solutions for real clients. You’ll work from one of our UK offices alongside consultants across the UK & Europe, blending problem solving with hands on technical delivery to help clients achieve meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting the design, development, integration, and implementation of technical solutions that help clients reach measurable business value.
- Contributing to agile project plans—installing and provisioning assets, testing and validating solutions, supporting migrations into production, and assisting with day two operations.
- Navigating data, systems, and stakeholders to investigate issues, form hypotheses, and present clear, practical solutions.
- Collaborating with IBM teams, partners, and client stakeholders, communicating effectively to keep work moving and build trusted relationships.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
This is an undergraduate position and as such, you should meet the following criteria:
- Studying at a UK University
- Completing an undergraduate degree and on track for a 2:1 (minimum)
- Due to graduate in 2028 - you must return to university to complete your final year after placement.
- Live within a commutable distance of your base location (London) as you will be required on site.
- Eligible to work in the UK full time for the duration of your internship (no visa sponsorship available)
