Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle, playing a customer‑facing role in requirement analysis, business process documentation, and solution design.
You will support peers in developing, configuring, and deploying the solution, ensuring project processes and deliverables are met.
Additionally, you will contribute to proposal development and help build our Oracle Cloud capabilities.
As an experienced consultant, you are a self‑starter with strong functional skills in Oracle HCM/Payroll Cloud, proven hands‑on experience across industries, the ability to work under pressure, and effective communication with customer stakeholders.

- Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Up to 10 years of functional experience delivering Oracle Payroll Cloud applications.
- Multiple full Oracle Cloud implementation cycles.
- Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, functional design, configuration documentation, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.
- Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development and testing.
- Ability to multi‑task and work independently.
- Strong client‑facing, communication and client management skills.
- Good understanding of application implementation methodologies.
- Functional skills in designing and configuring Oracle Payroll solutions, including payroll elements, fast formulas, pension schemes and absence schemes.
- Sound understanding of related modules: Absence, Time & Labor, Compensation.
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislative requirements: PAYE and NI, Pensions Automatic Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, statutory absence payments and RTI.
- Proven full‑lifecycle implementation experience delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients.
- Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development and testing.
- Domain knowledge of HCM and Payroll modules, with knowledge of Absence and Time & Labor.
- Leading project implementations.
- Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and integrating them with other on‑premise or cloud applications.
- Understanding of broader Oracle Cloud functional areas such as Finance, HCM and Payroll, SCM, CX, Logistics.
- Knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available in Oracle Cloud.
- Experience in pre‑sales activities: contributing to proposals, conducting proofs of concept and configuring sandbox environments for functional demonstrations.
