Your Role And Responsibilities
We\’re seeking a seasoned Senior Application Developer to spearhead our Azure cloud initiatives. As a thought leader, you\’ll guide strategic decisions, architect complex solutions, and mentor our development team.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical strategy and architecture for Azure-based applications, aligning with business goals and technological advancements.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold coding standards, and promote high-quality software development practices across the team.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating requirements into technical solutions and leading high-profile projects.
- Contribute to the overall technical vision and direction of our cloud development efforts.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio showcasing Azure expertise.
- Thorough understanding of various programming languages and front-end/back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor development teams, along with a proven track record in leading software development projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- API Development: Design develop and maintain robust scalable APIs using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Azure Logic Apps: Configure and integrate Azure Logic Apps to enable seamless workflows and business process automation.
- Proficiency Coding Languages JSON JavaScript PowerShell & C#
- Azure Security: Implement and adhere to best practices in Azure security including identity management access control and threat protection.
- Front-End Development: Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
- Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic with programming languages like .NET Node.js or Python.
