Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to aligned accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Exhibit Strong Communication Skills: Influence decisions through effective presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
- Understand the Customer’s Journey: Guide customers through a value realization journey aligned to their strategic priorities.
- Prove Business Value: Demonstrate the business value of HashiCorp solutions in solving the customer’s business problems.
- Contribute to Customer Success: Participate in activities such as customer QBRs, cadence calls, and advanced roadmap sessions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Experience: 5+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Proven experience with implementing software products in large enterprise companies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a dynamic team environment focused on customer service.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed, with domestic and occasional international travel required.
