Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our delivery team and help shape high‑quality digital and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and vendors to gather and document requirements, analyse problems and ensure that technical solutions meet business needs. You will translate complex business objectives into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows. You will support all stages of the SDLC, helping teams understand dependencies, evaluate impacts and deliver high‑quality outcomes. Your ability to communicate clearly, analyse issues and facilitate workshops will be essential as you help shape solution design and guide delivery teams. As a Technical BA, you will also bring a practical understanding of how systems integrate, how APIs and data flows behave, and how non‑functional requirements influence technology decisions. Depending on your experience, you may lead requirement workstreams, mentor other analysts or contribute to account‑level planning and stakeholder management.
