The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early‑career professionals who want to build a long‑term career in technology sales. This program combines structured learning, hands‑on selling experience, and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. You will be joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Dublin, Ireland. After completing the 12‑month program, there will be your next career step waiting for you, either in Ireland or the UK.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Brand Tech Sales Specialist, you will focus on Select Territory Activate accounts, serving as the first line of engagement for these accounts. You will be responsible for delivering technical demos and product overviews virtually, advancing opportunities through digital channels, and collaborating closely with Marketing and Ecosystem teams. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Deliver technical demos and product overviews to Select Territory accounts, showcasing product capabilities and addressing customer needs.
  • Advance opportunities using digital channels and an AI‑enabled technology stack to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Ecosystem teams to align sales strategies and tactics, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing impact.
  • Function effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment, prioritising multiple accounts and opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage an AI‑enabled technology stack to streamline sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive business outcomes.
